Activity 1: Walking speeds and gestures at risk in any grade environment

• Recall notions about human as a source and vector of contamination
• Appropriate walking speed and gestures in any grade area
• Good and bad practices at the workstation

Activity 2: Introduction to Environmental Monitoring and microbiological samplings

• Environmental Monitoring and Microbiological Sampling
• Sample Agar methods:
   • Sedimentation Sampling Process
   • Contact Sampling
   • Comparison of methods
• Incubation and results analysis


Activity 3: Good and bad practices in the aseptic environment

• In this activity, the trainee will put into practice what he has covered in the previous learning elements.
• Identify good and bad practices in terms of gestures and movements in the work environment
• Identify good and bad practices in terms of microbiological samplings: sedimentation sampling and contact sampling
