Activity 1: The Fundamentals of In Process Controls (IPCs) for DSP in cGMPs

• Definition of IPCs, its role and objectives in cGMPs and the main categories
• Off-line, in-line, at-line IPCs and their advantages
• Sampling plan during DSP
• Main IPCs according to methods and roles in the control of product quality profile
• IPCs information listed in the batch record or procedure documents
• Out of range controls and reacting accordingly

Activity 2: IPCs Methods and Equipment for Downstream Process in cGMPs

• Physico-chemical, microbiological and biochemical IPCs at the DSP step
• Sampling procedures and good practices

Activity 3: IPCs in practice

• IPCs information listed in batch records or procedure documents
• Out-of range controls and reacting accordingly

• Module evaluation quiz
